National Park the Oosterschelde offers the possibility to dive into the largest nature reserve in the Netherlands.
Because the Oosterschelde has water flowing through the influence of ebb and flow, this is only possible for experienced divers.
To provide these divers with compressed air, you will find two compressed air stations in Wemeldinge in the Wilhelminastraat at Octopussy and at Camping Klein Stelle opposite Villapark De Oesterbaai.
Depending on the time of the year, underwater divers find a very varied underwater life with many species of anemones, sponges, lobsters, crabs, slugs and octopuses.
Last year even several meetings were reported with seahorses, which indicates an ever improving Oosterschelde.
